Discovery

The discovery call helps us understand the initiative(s) behind the role(s) and includes a detailed discussion of your requirements. From here we agree a qualification criteria to ensure expectations are aligned whilst maximising the quality of the recruitment process.

Qualification & Introductions

Our campaigns typically start to gain interest on day 2 which is when we start interviewing potential candidates with the thorough qualification agreed. Introductions are made to you with CV's and a summary which includes this additional information. 

Market Mapping & Search

To ensure accuracy and volume, we research and select a long list of around 100 target companies and/or specific divisions within companies, that match the relevant technology, target personas, regions, verticals, sales methodologies, deal sizes and cycles.

Feedback & Optimisation

We typically introduce the first 2-3 candidates in the first 5 days. Another discussion is had to arrange interviews, gain your feedback on the initial results, provide you with insights based on the markets response. And optimise the search to maximise effectiveness. 

Outreach & Content

Combining customised marketing content and a personalised, multi-channel out reach process, we position opportunities to all the relevant people in the market, before introducing the highest performers for a specific opportunity. 

Placements & Evaluation

Our clients are usually ready to make an offer in the 3rd-4th week. We mediate by managing interviews, updates, feedback, preparation and references whilst monitoring for potential 'show stoppers' with transparent communication.
