The discovery call helps us understand the initiative(s) behind the role(s) and includes a detailed discussion of your requirements. From here we agree a qualification criteria to ensure expectations are aligned whilst maximising the quality of the recruitment process.
Qualification & Introductions
Our campaigns typically start to gain interest on day 2 which is when we start interviewing potential candidates with the thorough qualification agreed. Introductions are made to you with CV's and a summary which includes this additional information.
Market Mapping & Search
To ensure accuracy and volume, we research and select a long list of around 100 target companies and/or specific divisions within companies, that match the relevant technology, target personas, regions, verticals, sales methodologies, deal sizes and cycles.
Feedback & Optimisation
We typically introduce the first 2-3 candidates in the first 5 days. Another discussion is had to arrange interviews, gain your feedback on the initial results, provide you with insights based on the markets response. And optimise the search to maximise effectiveness.
